  • 6 large green peppers
  • bread crumbs may be used
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 lb. ground meat or 1 can corned beef or 1 c. chopped chicken giblets
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 jar sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

    Scoop out seeds from peppers; pan boil in salted water for 5 minutes.

    Combine ingredients.

    Cook until tender; salt to taste. Add rice.

    Mix well.

    Stuff peppers; place in muffin pan.

    Garnish peppers with grated cheese or toasted bread crumbs.

    Bake in oven at 375° for 30 minutes.
