  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 or 5 green peppers, halved and seeded
  • 1 onion

    Brown ground beef and onion; drain.

    Let cool in a bowl.

    Put sauce in skillet; bring to a medium boil.

    Arrange pepper halves on sauce, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
