- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 or 5 green peppers, halved and seeded
- 1 onion
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion; drain.

4Arrange pepper halves on sauce, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
