- 12 green peppers
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce flavored with meat, divided
- 2 c. herb seasoned stuffing cubes
- 2/3 c. beef broth
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
Directions

1Clean and seed the peppers.

2Boil 5 minutes; drain.

3Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion.

4Remove fat.

5Add 1/2 cup Ragu spaghetti sauce flavored with meat (from the 32-ounce jar) and 2 cups herb seasoned stuffing cubes.

6Stuff peppers.

7Place 1/2 remaining sauce, 2/3 cup beef broth and 1/2 cup water in a large saucepan.

8Stand 6 peppers in sauce.

9Repeat in an oven-to-freezer casserole.

10Simmer, covered, 20 minutes.
