- 6 large green or red or yellow peppers
- 1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, chopped and drained
- 1 - 16 oz. container plain yogurt or sour cream
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Cut peppers lengthwise and remove seeds.

2Mix remaining ingredients and fill peppers.

3Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

4Turn and bake another 30 minutes.

5These freeze well.
