  • 12 to 18 large green peppers
  • 3 large onions
  • 1 pkg. beef Rice-A-Roni, prepare to pkg. directions
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • 5 to 7 c. peeled, diced tomatoes
  • 2 c. cooked white rice
  • 1/4 c. sugar

    Cut tops off peppers; chop and set aside.

    Remove seeds and parboil whole peppers a few at a time, for about 5 minutes. Invert on paper towel to drain.
