  • 2 onions, diced
  • 2 TBs oil
  • 1 pound Ground beef mixed with 3/4 cup raw rice, garlic, salt, paprika, and 1 small diced onion.
  • 6-8 green peppers, cored
  • 1 cup tomato sauce mixed with 2 1/2 cups water, salt, and 3 tsp sugar

    In large pan saute onions in oil.

    Prepare beef by add rice, garlic, salt, paprika and onion.

    Core green peppers and stuff with beef mixture.

    Arrange peppers in pan and add sauce over. cook 1 1/2 hours on med heat on stove.
