- 2 onions, diced
- 2 TBs oil
- 1 pound Ground beef mixed with 3/4 cup raw rice, garlic, salt, paprika, and 1 small diced onion.
- 6-8 green peppers, cored
- 1 cup tomato sauce mixed with 2 1/2 cups water, salt, and 3 tsp sugar
Directions

1In large pan saute onions in oil.

2Prepare beef by add rice, garlic, salt, paprika and onion.

3Core green peppers and stuff with beef mixture.

4Arrange peppers in pan and add sauce over. cook 1 1/2 hours on med heat on stove.
