  • 3 large red bell peppers
  • half a cup chopped red onions
  • 1 cup Sweet Basil Marinara
  • Garlic Salt
  • Extra lean ground chicken

    cut the peppers in half and boil the halves until soft

    cook the rice

    pan fry the chicken

    pan fry the onions

    mix the rice, chicken and onions together with the garlic salt and marinara

    stuff the peppers and bake for 15 minutes on 325
