- 6 piece peppers (color is up to you, I use green)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 packages tomato paste
Directions

1Cut the top off of and hollow out the peppers

2Mix all ingredients together and stuff peppers.

3Pour tomato paste into slow cooker, place peppers in sauce.

4Put some sauce on top of the meat for additional flavor.

5Cook for 6 hours on low.
