Stuffed peppers

Ingredients

  • 6 piece peppers (color is up to you, I use green)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 packages tomato paste

Directions

    Cut the top off of and hollow out the peppers
  2. 2
    Mix all ingredients together and stuff peppers.
  3. 3
    Pour tomato paste into slow cooker, place peppers in sauce.

    Put some sauce on top of the meat for additional flavor.

    Cook for 6 hours on low.
