- 1 lb. ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 large onion, chopped Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
- 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce, divided
- 1-1/4 cups water, divided
- 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Garlic & Herb Dressing Mix
- 1 cup MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
- 4 large green peppers
Directions

1Brown meat and onion in large skillet on medium heat.

2Stir in 1 cup of the tomato sauce, 1 cup of the water and salad dressing mix.

3Bring to boil.

4Stir in rice; cover.

5Remove from heat.

6Let stand 5 minutes.

7Meanwhile cut tops off peppers; remove seeds.

8Mix remaining tomato sauce and water in bottom of 9-inch baking dish.

9Place peppers in baking dish.

10Spoon meat mixture into peppers; cover with foil.

11Bake at 400F for 35 to 40 minutes or until peppers are tender.

12Spoon sauce over peppers before serving.
