- 4 green peppers
- 1-1/2 lb. ground chuck (Beef/Turkey/Pork)
- 3 tbsp. minced onions
- 1-1/3 tbsp. Crisco oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 3/4 tsp. sage
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1-1/4 cup sm. tomatoes
Directions

1Cook ground chuck and onion in oil.

2Add salt, pepper, sage, cooked rice, and tomatoes.

3Cut the tops off the peppers and clean them out.

4Fill peppers and bake at 375F for 35-40 minutes.
