- 1 cup cashews or 1 cup almonds
- 1 onion
- 4 pork sausage
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 3 large mushrooms
- 1 12 cups chicken stock
- 4 large red peppers, cut in half and seeds cleaned out
Directions

1cut mushrooms, onion and sausage then lighty fry with rice in a drop of olive oil.

2Add stock, soy souse and nuts.

3cook slowly for 3 hr fill the 8 pepper cups and bake for 30mins.
