  • 1 cup cashews or 1 cup almonds
  • 1 onion
  • 4 pork sausage
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 3 large mushrooms
  • 1 12 cups chicken stock
  • 4 large red peppers, cut in half and seeds cleaned out

Directions

    cut mushrooms, onion and sausage then lighty fry with rice in a drop of olive oil.

    Add stock, soy souse and nuts.

    cook slowly for 3 hr fill the 8 pepper cups and bake for 30mins.
