  • 3 medium bell peppers
  • 1 large chicken breasts
  • 1/2 large red onion
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce

    Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit.

    Cut 2 the peppers in half longways.

    Cube the chicken into bite sized pieces.

    Add butter to pan melt slice onion thinly.

    Take last pepper slice thinly use a quarter cup of it freeze the rest.

    Add all this to butter and saute

    Add half of the spices to the chicken the other to half peppers.

    Fill the pepper halves with chicken and onion mixture.

    Cover with cheese then tomato sauce, last basil.

    Bake 30 minutes let sit 5 minutes serve enjoy!
