- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- butter
- onions
- 4 peppers
- 2 c. cooked ground beef
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)
Directions

1Melt butter in a skillet and brown onions and ground beef. Cut tops out of peppers and clean.

2Mix rice, ground beef mixture and spaghetti sauce and stuff into peppers.

3Top with cheese.

4Put some sauce in bottom of pan and place peppers in dish.

5Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of sugar in each pepper (optional).

6Cover with foil and cook at 350°

7for 30 minutes.
