- 3/4 c. cooked macaroni
- 6 medium green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/4 c. tomato soup or 1 can
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onions
Directions

1Cook macaroni in 2 quarts boiling water and 1 teaspoon salt. Blanch peppers 3 to 5 minutes after removing seeds.

2Combine meat and soup, etc.

3Fill the peppers with mixture and replace cap of the pepper.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

5Top each pepper with a little of the soup and bake 10 minutes or until tender.

6Use only 1 cup of the soup in the pepper filling mixture.

7Save the rest for the final 10 minutes of the baking.
