- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 (5 oz. each) cans chunk turkey or chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine rice and 3/4 cup water. Cover with plastic wrap with a section turned back to vent. Cook in microwave on High until water boils, about 2 minutes.

2Remove from oven and let stand, covered, about 15 minutes.
