Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized green peppers
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. uncooked instant rice
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (with cheese)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Cut off top of green pepper; remove seeds.

2Cook 5 minutes in boiling water to cover.

3Drain and set aside.

4Combine ground beef, rice, 1/4 cup tomato sauce and remaining ingredients.

5Stuff peppers with mixture and place in a small baking pan.

6Pour remaining tomato sauce over stuffed peppers.

7Cover and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until meat is done.

8Recipe can be increased for more than two.
