- 6 large bell peppers, scooped out
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 c. leftover meat loaf, crumbled
- 1 1/2 c. leftover rice
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. hot pepper, chopped
- 3/4 c. Cheddar, shredded
Directions

1Boil bell peppers 3 minutes; drain.

2In saucepan, combine all ingredients, except cheese.

3Cook until heated thoroughly.

4Stuff peppers with mixture.

5Bake about 12 minutes at 375°.

6Top with cheese.

7Turn off oven and return peppers until cheese is melted.
