- 1/2 c. sweet cream butter
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. water
- 8 oz. pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/3 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/3 c. chopped apple
- 2 Tbsp. sweet cream butter
- 6 double rib pork chops with pocket inside
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2In 10-inch skillet, melt 1/2 cup butter. Add onion and cook over medium heat until tender (4 to 5 minutes). Remove from heat.

3Stir in water, stuffing, walnuts and apple. Fill in pockets in pork chops with stuffing; secure with wooden picks.
