- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 2 c. crumbled dry bread
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 4 rib pork chops, cut 1-inch thick
Directions

1Brown onions and celery in fat.

2Combine these with crumbs, salt, pepper, sage and seasoning.

3Add enough water to moisten. Slit a pocket in each pork chop.

4Fill with stuffing.

5Fasten edge with wooden picks.

6Brown chops in heavy skillet, covered.

7Then bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
