- 6 thick-cut pork chops
- 4 c. soft bread, cubed
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Mix bread cubes, margarine, onion and seasonings.

2Cut pockets in pork chops.

3Stuff with dressing.

4Wrap cord string around chops to hold dressing.

5Arrange in roasting pan, leaving cover off and brown in hot oven.

6Mix water, catsup and Worcestershire sauce; pour over chops.

7Cover and bake at 375° for about 1 hour or until tender.
