Ingredients
- 6 boneless pork chops, 1 1/4-inch thick
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pkg. dry stuffing mix
Directions

1Cut pocket in each chop and set aside.

2In a saucepan, mix undrained pineapple, water, celery, margarine, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic powder.

3Heat to boiling.

4Add stuffing and mix lightly.

5Spoon stuffing mixture into pork chop pockets.

6Place chops, stuffing-side up, in baking dish and cover.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

8Uncover and bake 25 minutes more or until done.
