- 2 2/3 c. flaked coconut
- 2/3 c. condensed milk
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 c. chopped almonds
Directions

1Combine coconut, sugar and flour in mixing bowl.

2Stir in eggs and almond extract.

3Stir in almonds.

4Mix well.

5Drop teaspoonful onto lightly greased baking sheets.

6Bake at 275° until edges of cookies are golden brown.

7Remove from baking sheets immediately. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
