Stuffed Pork Chops

  • 4 to 5 pork chops, browned on both sides
  • 4 large slices sour dough bread, cubed
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. water

Directions

    Put pork chops in baking dish.

    Mix together bread cubes, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper, melted butter and 1/4 cup water.

    Press bread mixture on top of chops.

    Mix together mushroom soup and 1/3 cup water; heat.

    Pour soup over bread mixture; cover and bake 1 hour at 325°.
