- 10 medium baking potatoes
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 3/4 c. green onions and tops, chopped finely
- 1 c. mild cheese, grated
Directions

1Scrub potatoes well and bake in a 450° oven, until thoroughly done.

2Cut potatoes lengthwise, scoop out the pulp and mash with butter, cream, salt and pepper.

3Mix thoroughly.

4Add onions. Fill the reserved shells with the mixture and top with grated cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
