- 4 medium potatoes, baked
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- milk
- 1 c. frozen peas, cooked and drained
- 3 Tbsp. sliced green onions
Directions

1Slice off top of each potato, scoop out inside and mash.

2Add margarine, salt and enough milk to moisten.

3Mix and beat until fluffy.

4Fill potato shells half full with mashed potatoes on top. (At this point, may be refrigerated overnight.)

5Before serving, bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until browned.

6Top with Topper Sauce.
