  • 1 c. finely ground walnuts
  • 1/2 c. finely ground sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. finely ground cashews
  • 1/2 c. raw wheat germ
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 c. cooked brown rice

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Roll into meat balls.

    Roll in a little bread crumbs.

    Bake 30 minutes at 325° or can be fried.

    Can be used with spaghetti.
