- 4 large baking potatoes
- 4 slices bacon, crumbled
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 pkg. Buddig sliced ham
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Bake potatoes.

2Scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.

3Saute onions and bell pepper, oil and shredded ham.

4Combine potatoes, butter, salt, pepper and sour cream; mix well.

5Blend in bacon, ham and 1 cup cheese.

6Spoon into potato shells.

7Top with grated cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
