  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter Buds
  • 2 Tbsp. fat-free sour cream
  • fat-free Cheddar, shredded

Directions

    Bake potatoes, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.

    Scoop out the inside and put into a bowl.

    Mix skim milk, Butter Buds and sour cream with potatoes.

    Put back into potato shells and sprinkle with fat-free Cheddar.
