- 2 Tbsp. Butter Buds
- 2 Tbsp. fat-free sour cream
- fat-free Cheddar, shredded
Directions

1Bake potatoes, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.

2Scoop out the inside and put into a bowl.

3Mix skim milk, Butter Buds and sour cream with potatoes.

4Put back into potato shells and sprinkle with fat-free Cheddar.
