- 8 baking potatoes
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp. chives
- 1 small onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Rinse potatoes off and place on oven rack.

2Bake until done and skin is hard.

3Remove from oven; cut open down middle.

4Take spoon and scoop out inside, being careful not to tear skin.

5Mix the insides with the rest of ingredients in a large bowl.

6Put mixture back into potato skins; place on a cookie sheet.

7Put back in oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
