  • 30 small sourdough rolls
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cans chopped black olives
  • 6 green onions
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 boiled eggs (optional)
  • 1/2 can chopped green chilies
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/3 c. oil

    Grind al ingredients and mix together.

    Remove part of center of rolls.

    Fill with mixture.

    Wrap in foil and bake at 250° for 30 minutes.
