Ingredients
- 1 large round steak, cut 1/2-inch thick and tenderized
- 6 strips bacon
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) mushrooms, chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Mix the ground beef with chopped mushrooms, salt, chopped onion, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard.

2Spoon the mixture over the steak.

3Roll the sides of the steak like a jelly roll over the stuffing.

4Bind with bacon strips wrapped around the roll at regular intervals.

5Fasten bacon end with toothpicks.

6Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325°.

7Slice so each serving will have bacon slice around outside edge.

8Makes 6 servings.
