- 1 tall can salmon with liquid
- small chopped green pepper
- 2 small chopped onions
- margarine
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- diced Velveeta cheese
- Italian bread
- cheese slices
Directions

1Saute chopped green pepper and onions in margarine.

2Add tall can salmon with liquid (remove bones) and warm.

3Mix in 2 tablespoons ketchup, bread crumbs and diced Velveeta cheese. Split Italian bread and remove center.

4Stuff breads with salmon mixture and cover salmon with slices of cheese.

5Bake in 350° oven and serve.
