  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3/4 tube Ritz crackers
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

    Butter a casserole.

    Wash scallops; pat dry.

    Put into a casserole.

    Crush crackers until fine.

    Add melted butter and herbs; mix.
