- 1 pt. bay scallops, washed and dried
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Combine melted butter, bread crumbs and sherry.

2In buttered casserole alternate layers/scallops with crumb mixture, ending with crumbs.

3Salt and pepper lightly.

4Pour evaporated milk over all and dot with butter.

5Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 25 minutes.

6Serve on toast points.
