  • 1 box large shells
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 or 10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, defrosted
  • 6 links Italian sausage (hot or mild)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 (1 lb.) jars spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Parboil shells.

    Combine cheeses, eggs, spinach and cooked sausage.

    Stuff shells.

    Put extra cheese and sauce over the top. Place in oven at 350° for 1 hour (covered with foil).

    Uncover at least 10 minutes.
