  • 1 box jumbo shells
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses with egg, salt, pepper and parsley.

    Place this mixture into uncooked jumbo shells and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Spread a small amount of sauce in the bottom of the pan first.

    Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over the shells and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
