- 4 peaches
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 whipped cream or ricotta for garnish
- 1 olive oil
Directions

1Combine balsamic vinegar and honey in a saucepan over medium high heat.

2Bring to a boil

3Then simmer for a few minutes until the mixture reduces, becomes syrupy and thickens.

4Take off heat and put aside

5Wash the peaches, slice them in half and remove the stone

6Brush a grill pan with some olive oil and put over high heat.

7Add the peaches yellow side down and grill the side for 4-5 minutes.

8Grill only that side then leave to cool

9To serve, put some whipped cream or ricotta on the grilled side of the peach and drizzle the balsamic sauce over it
