Grilled Peaches

  • 4 peaches
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 whipped cream or ricotta for garnish
  • 1 olive oil

Directions

    Combine balsamic vinegar and honey in a saucepan over medium high heat.

    Bring to a boil

    Then simmer for a few minutes until the mixture reduces, becomes syrupy and thickens.

    Take off heat and put aside

    Wash the peaches, slice them in half and remove the stone
  6. 6
    Brush a grill pan with some olive oil and put over high heat.
  7. 7
    Add the peaches yellow side down and grill the side for 4-5 minutes.

    Grill only that side then leave to cool
  9. 9
    To serve, put some whipped cream or ricotta on the grilled side of the peach and drizzle the balsamic sauce over it
