  • 1 box jumbo shells
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large jar Ragu sauce

Directions

    Cook jumbo shells by directions on box.

    Drain and place shells in large baking pan.

    Brown ground meat.

    Add egg, onion, seasoning, garlic, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

    Heat until well blended.

    Stuff shells with mixture.

    Pour Ragu sauce over shells and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 375°.
