Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 pkg. large pasta shells for stuffing
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 (32 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper, garlic powder and basil
- 16 oz. shredded Mozzarella
Directions

1Cook shells and drain on paper towels.

2Brown meat with salt, pepper and a little garlic powder and basil if you like.

3Mix all ingredients except sauce and Mozzarella.

4Stuff the shells.

5Put a little sauce in bottom of 11 x 14-inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam.

6Put the shells in.

7Cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese and the Mozzarella.

8Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
