Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. parsley, chopped
- 8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 18 large pasta shells
- 32 oz. chunky-style spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Cook ground beef, onion and garlic.

2Drain.

3Cool partially. Add egg, bread crumbs and parsley.

4Stir in cheese.

5Cook shells in boiling water until firm (almost done).

6Cook more than 18 shells to allow for cracking.

7Cool on a paper towel.

8Stuff shells with beef mixture.

9Pour 1/4 of the sauce in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

10Arrange shells in pan and pour remaining sauce over shells.

11Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
