- 12 oz. jumbo shells
- 4 c. Ricotta cheese
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 c. spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Cook shells; drain.

2Cool in a single layer on wax paper. Combine all other ingredients.

3Fill each shell with 2 tablespoons cheese mixture.

4Spread bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish with thin layer of sauce.

5Place shells in pan; cover with sauce and remaining Parmesan cheese, if desired.

6Cover and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

7Makes 36 shells.
