  • 1 box jumbo macaroni shells
  • 1 qt. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 16 oz. shredded Mozzarella
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 c. bread crumbs (flavored)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 16 oz. pkg. fresh spinach
  • 2 qt. tomato sauce

    Boil shells for approximately 10 minutes. Cool and drain. Cook spinach until soft. Chop with knife and fork and drain well. Mix all ingredients together; add the spinach to the mixture last! Place 2 tablespoons of mixture into each shell. Line bottom of pan with tomato sauce. Place in 13 x 9 baking pan (I like glass). Cover top of each shell with more sauce. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. ENJOY!!!
