- 1 box jumbo macaroni shells
- 1 qt. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 16 oz. shredded Mozzarella
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. bread crumbs (flavored)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 16 oz. pkg. fresh spinach
- 2 qt. tomato sauce
Directions

1Boil shells for approximately 10 minutes. Cool and drain. Cook spinach until soft. Chop with knife and fork and drain well. Mix all ingredients together; add the spinach to the mixture last! Place 2 tablespoons of mixture into each shell. Line bottom of pan with tomato sauce. Place in 13 x 9 baking pan (I like glass). Cover top of each shell with more sauce. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. ENJOY!!!
