- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. onion
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
Directions

1Put onion and garlic in oil; saut until golden. Put in remaining sauce ingredients and cook 1 1/2 hours. Cook 1 package of shells in boiling salted water until tender.
