- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 8 oz. Mozzarella, shredded
- 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- 18 jumbo shells
- 2 jars (15 1/2 oz. each) spaghetti sauce
- Parmesan cheese, sprinkled over top
Directions

1Brown meat, onion and garlic; drain.

2Cool.

3Stir in cheese, egg, crumbs and parsley.

4Season with salt and pepper.

5Cook shells in salted boiling water about 15 minutes.

6Run cold water over them; drain.

7Lay on paper towels.

8Spoon some sauce over bottom of pan.

9Place stuffed shells on top and pour rest of sauce over.

10Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

11Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until casserole is brown and bubbly.
