  • 16 pasta shells (large)
  • 1 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg white
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pkg. fresh spinach or frozen
  • 1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Cook the shells according to the directions on package.

    In a large bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, egg white, nutmeg and Mozzarella cheese.

    Add cooked spinach, steamed.

    Stuff the shells with cheese mixture.

    Top with Prego and Mozzarella cheese.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
