- 16 pasta shells (large)
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg white
- dash of nutmeg
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg. fresh spinach or frozen
- 1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Cook the shells according to the directions on package.

2In a large bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, egg white, nutmeg and Mozzarella cheese.

3Add cooked spinach, steamed.

4Stuff the shells with cheese mixture.

5Top with Prego and Mozzarella cheese.

6Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
