- 8 oz. sweet Italian sausage
- 30 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 container Ricotta cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Mozzarella
- 2 small cans or 1 large can spinach, well drained
- 1 (12 oz.) box large shells for stuffing
Directions

1Brown sausage and add to spaghetti sauce.

2Heat thoroughly. In a bowl, mix 1 egg, the Ricotta cheese, the drained spinach and about 1/2 of the Mozzarella cheese.

3Cook shells according to package.

4Drain with cold water.
