Ingredients

  • 8 oz. sweet Italian sausage
  • 30 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 container Ricotta cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Mozzarella
  • 2 small cans or 1 large can spinach, well drained
  • 1 (12 oz.) box large shells for stuffing

Directions

    Brown sausage and add to spaghetti sauce.

    Heat thoroughly. In a bowl, mix 1 egg, the Ricotta cheese, the drained spinach and about 1/2 of the Mozzarella cheese.

    Cook shells according to package.

    Drain with cold water.
