- 30 oz. jar Ragu
- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 pkg. jumbo shells, cooked and drained
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Evenly spread 1 cup of sauce in a 17 x 12-inch baking pan.

3In a large bowl, combine cheeses, eggs, parsley and pepper.

4Fill shells with mixture and arrange in single layer in pan.

5Evenly top with remaining sauce.

6Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until bubbly.

7Serves 8.
