  • 30 oz. jar Ragu
  • 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 pkg. jumbo shells, cooked and drained

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Evenly spread 1 cup of sauce in a 17 x 12-inch baking pan.

    In a large bowl, combine cheeses, eggs, parsley and pepper.

    Fill shells with mixture and arrange in single layer in pan.

    Evenly top with remaining sauce.

    Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until bubbly.
