  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 16 oz. large shell noodles
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 32 oz. favorite sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions

    Mix together 1 cup Mozzarella, Ricotta, salt, Parmesan, pepper and nutmeg. Cook large shells as directed on box and drain. Stuff each shell with cheese mixture. Pour 16 ounces sauce into bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole pan. Place stuffed shells into pan. Pour the rest of sauce over the top. Sprinkle the rest of Mozzarella cheese over the top. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
