  • 12 ounces Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan-Reggiano Cheese
  • 10 ounces Frozen Spinach
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Basil
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 package Jumbo Pasta Shells
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 24 ounces Marinara Sauce

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Cook spinach according to package directions. Ensure it is dry.

    Brown Ground Beef in pan until brown. Drain and mix with Sauce.

    Cook shells until almost al dente, then lay on wax paper to dry.

    Combine everything except Mozzarella Cheese in mixing bowl. Fill Shells with mix.

    Spoon small layer of Meat Sauce mix into 9x13 pan, then add Stuffed Shells face-up in pan.

    Top Shells with remaining Sauce and Mozzarella Cheese.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
