Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 2 Onions Chopped
- 2 clove garlics minced
- 2 carrots sliced
- 2 cans of button mushrooms
- 2 14 ounce cans of beef broth
- 2 large cans of pear tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of the each: salt, oregano, rosemary, sugar
- 2 Tablespoons of Basil
- 1 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 3 bags of frozen stuffed shells
Directions

1Saute the onions, garlic and carrots in the olive oil for 5 minutes.

2Add all the ingredients to a crock pot and simmer for at least 3 hours.

3Pour over the stuffed shells and bake at 350 for at least an hour, covered with foil.
