Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 2 Onions Chopped
  • 2 clove garlics minced
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 2 cans of button mushrooms
  • 2 14 ounce cans of beef broth
  • 2 large cans of pear tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of the each: salt, oregano, rosemary, sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons of Basil
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 3 bags of frozen stuffed shells

Directions

    Saute the onions, garlic and carrots in the olive oil for 5 minutes.

    Add all the ingredients to a crock pot and simmer for at least 3 hours.

    Pour over the stuffed shells and bake at 350 for at least an hour, covered with foil.
